I went to the lake last weekend and totally wrecked my body doing tubing and jet skiing. Everything was sore and I still can't lift my right arm up more than about 45 degrees. I had a CT scan (unrelated to the shoulder) the day after we get back home and the doctor was reading off results and without even saying anything to him he's like are you having shoulder pain because ur shoulder is eff'd bro.

I haven't been tubing since I was a kid, but thinking about it now, it does seem like it would be hard on the shoulders. Still, now I want to go tubing.
