Is the pillow thing satire or are you being serious?
No it really happened. I might have like tweaked my neck playing basketball but I woke up one morning and it was totally mumped up. This is the signs of getting old thread.

Sounds like your mattress is trash, probably need to get a new one.

Oh if I get even a tinge stressed out about work/kids/life my neck seized up like someone electrocuted me.

Usually takes ice and lots of stretching

I went to the lake last weekend and totally wrecked my body doing tubing and jet skiing. Everything was sore and I still can't lift my right arm up more than about 45 degrees. I had a CT scan (unrelated to the shoulder) the day after we get back home and the doctor was reading off results and without even saying anything to him he's like are you having shoulder pain because ur shoulder is eff'd bro.

I haven't been tubing since I was a kid, but thinking about it now, it does seem like it would be hard on the shoulders. Still, now I want to go tubing.

Went on a banana boat at Marco Island a few weeks back and did surprisingly well given I don't think I'm in that good of shape.

I'm 35, how many more years do I have before I'm in danger of having my neck mumped up by a pillow?

I'm 67 years old
I’m spending the balance of the afternoon enjoying this fantastic heat dome, and the following account of Justice White’s 1972 term keeps echoing in my mind as it relates to you.

Those are my swim trunks, brah. Very fashionable, and also visible for safety reasons.

Had a collision w/ a 10-year-old girl playing wiffle ball last Monday. Pretty sure I took the worst of it. Been nursing bruised ribs ever since.

I'm itching to throw out the "P" word, but since I like you as a fellow poster I'm going to go with work through the pain you can do it.  BTW, grab some Oxy while you're at it.
