Missed a step leaving my moms house. Was turning to hold the glass door for my daughter and my left foot missed and step. I’m 6-1, 230 and all of that landed on my ankle and POP

Since we’re already in this thread I will tell you gout is usually in the joint of one of your big toes. I know because I’ve had a couple bouts with it. This was before my current condition but let me tell you it rough ridin' sucked.

Take the oxy
I have a bunch in my backpack actually. They were for my trip home when I first started my new meds. Took them the 2 days I traveled and have been sitting idle in my backpack ever since.

I always travel with some old-ass, expired oxy myself. You never know.

Oxy made me feel really weird, didn't help a bit with pain and it really pissed me off

The weed makes me incredibly ADD to any pain.

It will hurt but then a good song will pop into my head and I’ll do a late 80’s early 90’s music video session

Basically I have been constantly nursing some sort of a nagging injury for about the last 9 months. Strained back doing deadlifts, damaged my neck changing pillows, and strained my wrist when I fell playing basketball. The first two lasted about 2 months until I found the right exercises to fix them and the wrist has been nagging for 3+ months and the occupational therapist was like "yeah you're pretty much on track". Sheesh.

Good news is I can still do modified CrossFit and play basketball, just need to be more careful

CrossFit is an injury machine

I've only been injured doing Crossfit once in about 2 years. Like I said my other injuries were from changing a pillow and tripping over my feet playing basketball

Had a collision w/ a 10-year-old girl playing wiffle ball last Monday. Pretty sure I took the worst of it. Been nursing bruised ribs ever since.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Is the pillow thing satire or are you being serious?

No it really happened. I might have like tweaked my neck playing basketball but I woke up one morning and it was totally mumped up. This is the signs of getting old thread.
