I do not even get upset anymore during or after a really bad and/or embarrassing football loss.  Like at all.

Not sure if this is a testament to your age or K-State's significance in college football.

Probably a healthy combo of both.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Kids are in bed at 730 on school nights. I’m probably asleep by 930. Wake up 530

My toe nails are getting both thicker & more brittle. They don’t really cut anymore, but crack under the pressure of clippers.

I think it's the bad one. That's how they made it sound on the phone. I did eat crap ton of steak and drank a lot of diet coke leading up to the labs. That can alter it, right?

Costco had an amazing sale on kc strips. It's not my fault!

When I was like 19 I worked in a hospital lab (as a courier) and I saw crap loads of blood tubes every day and after they spin the tubes everything is separated out and the lab people always made a point to  :sdeek: at the tubes that have like 2 inches of lipids separated out. You could always tell before they spun it too because the blood looked almost milky.

Was your blood milky 420seriouscat69?

If you aren’t adverse to just downing a pill for it Lipitor is pretty good.  It can be managed with lifestyle changes if you rather do that. Lipitor is a name brand Statin that is supposed to knock out the LDL.

All bros over 40 should probably be on a statin according to my MD. He could have just been telling me that to make me feel better about my needing to be on a statin though :dunno:
