I am considering buying a burger press.  Also I am posting on a message board asking for advice on purchasing a burger press.

I watched my 10 year-old mow the front lawn for the very first time while sitting in a lawn chair in my driveway. It was a beautiful thing.

That is a great milestone.

Do any of you upper 30s dudes get what seem to be "growing pains" in your legs after cardio workouts?  My post workout soreness has definitely increased as I get older.

Yes.  A few years ago when I did a run my muscles would be sore.  Now my joints are sore.

Yep, started about mid 30's. I force myself to either do 2 leg workouts a week or basically none at all. If I try and do just one, I am miserable all week. I've also started running a bit and even thought I'm in decent shape, my legs just feel heavy all the time. Getting old really sucks major ass.

From Urban Dictionary:
"An exclamation used by hunters, fishers and other country folk when just about anything happens. It's used under any circumstances usually with the phrase "live action" added in before. Hunters will occasionally raise their guns in the air to exclaim a yee yee.
(Yee may be repeated more than twice if appropriate.)"

Wasn't it made popular among the kids by that stupid rough ridin' turtle man that was all the rage for about 20 minutes?

Someone K-State media adjacent snidely dismisses “the olds” when discussing ESPN+ and it genuinely pissed me off.

I'm 45 years old and I've never been to a rice wedding, several with bubbles. Even the infamous wedding in Manter, Kansas I attended over 25 years ago had bubbles.

That's gotta be John Kurtz, and he even isn't as young as he thinks he is.
