Not sure but I think my grey hair is growing roughly 1 1/2 times faster than the non grey hairs.

I don't have any grey hairs other than what's in my glorious and distinguished beard but the issue with the hair on my head is there aren't as many as there used to be   :frown:

I was taking my normal morning medications on vacation this last week and a friend walked in to ask me a question and noticed how many pills I had and it freaked him out. He's a personal trainer, so he's like totally against too much medication. He kept asking if I was ok and I said I would be after taking them.  I felt old and judged.  :frown:

I have just the stocking stuffer for you, gramps
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

You ever catch yourself thinking “next time I’ll do (insert something)” then realize there is no next time.

Yesterday at work we did a potluck (covered dish or w/e?) and then we had a 2 hand touch football game. Anyway I tripped over my own feet and tumbled (I thought) pretty gracefully but when I got up it felt like I’d pinched a nerve in my left hip.
Woke up this morning and was only sore so didn’t have to go to the chiro but my god, 1 trip and tumble and you’d thinking was in a car wreck

I'm watching twitch for the first time thanks to greg's stream of the katz bball game. I see there is a "chat" mode function as a side bar and spent about 2 minutes clicking various things to try and figure out how it works/join...all the things I clicked sent me to various twitch streams/channels so I just gave up.

Do you "Watch" twitch or are you "twitching"? All I know about twitch is that you can watch people play video games or something.

Drive thru today and Arby's policy is 55 and over.  So kid at the register didn't even ask and Mrs8 noticed it.

Scheduled a colonoscopy.

Ask if you can just do the 4 Dulcolax & a can of Miralax prep. Mix the Miralax with the white cherry Gatorade. So much easier to get down than the weird prescription liquids. Also, don’t just do the “no eating the day before” part of the prep. Follow the eating recommendations 3-4 days out. Makes is a breeze.

That's terrible advise. The no eating thing is the absolute worst part. The pissing out of your ass is easy if you're staying at home and have a bidet. 5 minutes of ass pissing an hour for 8 hours, no sweat if you're expecting it. rough ridin' with my diet, huge problem.

I didn’t think the dietary restrictions for 2-3 days prior to the day of no eating was that drastic. I’d much rather avoid a few foods for a few days to only have to drink Gatorade for the prep & pee water out my butt than not alter my diet, drink that nasty prep & have a sore ass from much harsher diarrhea.
