Not to get too nuanced here, but KState has Title IX issues due to off campus incidents that may have involved people who are not Kstate students. 

KU has Title IX issues involving KU athletes and incidents that either partly or wholly took place on campus.   BTW, at last look KU was diligently working to get the cases dismissed.

Hey, I'm in the criminal justice business, and a diversion agreement reached in that short of period of time is very improbable.  Someone intervened to (1) Get his application for diversion considered immediately, and (2) To get it approved.

FWIW, I don't think Bragg's charge is a big deal, you'd be shocked at the number of people that get charged with misdemeanor possession or paraphanalia stuff.  But it is odd that he got diversion this quickly.

Bragg missed Saturday’s game at Kentucky and Self said Monday that Bragg wouldn’t play Wednesday night against Baylor. Self didn’t say when Bragg would return.
