Coach Self is spittin mad about this whole situation. It's a shame that this witch-hunt keeps rearing its ugly head during tourney time.

Heard that on 810 yesterday. Apparently Bill doesn't think the victim has been "educated" enough by the school or women's basketball team about what really happened that night (which bill says he has no details about)

The rape of a 16 year old runaway only has 5 witnesses (KU men's BB players). Not enough to plumb the depths of this mystery. Time to move on, there simply isn't enough evidence to discuss this further.

He wouldn't take much more than that. There just aren't enough KUs and Baylors out there for him to have options.

Why would Calvert want to have a public conversation with a university that is engaged in all matter of bad will and misdeeds in order to protect their image?

Had the university handled the situation correctly straight out, it's highly unlikely that the issue would have gone as far as it has.

This is at least the 3rd female athlete at KU within the last 2 or 3 years who has had Title IX issues with the university and has faced retribution from the school and athletic department because they had the audacity to come forward after they were assaulted and/or mistreated by male athletes and the school and athletic department retaliated against the female (victim).
