If you want to call going in and wrecking Libya for no reason at all, and then ratcheting up Syria to the point that it created an additional hundreds of thousands of refugees and created a power vacuum that ceded the majority of the country to the ISIS caliphate as "stellar" then you're out of your rough ridin' mind. The Libyan excursion which was never explained to the American people or approved by any oversight body brought the slave trade back to Africa and is the primary reason thousands try to escape Africa and die in the Mediterranean (abandoned by the virtual immigration walls of the resident Libderp's beloved EU).
