BTW, I know people like Cat in DC aren't very bright. But I would think that perpetually enraged LibBot Nation would understand that in order to charge the chief law enforcement officer of the United States with obstruction. It's going to take an extremely nuanced argument and set of charges. But LibBot Nation will attempt to make it sound like a slam dunk.

I know you are very dumb. But please tell me where I said a president couldn’t be charged with obstruction? LOL, I’d direct you to the whole showdown between Nixon’s lawyers and the DOJ regarding either the co-mingling of criminal charges and articles of impeachment or the attempt to unencumber those two processes depending on which side was making the argument.

I also have never said Nixon didn’t do anything wrong.
