Retraction of incomplete/incorrect stories should the the standard, not the exception. Not like there aren't 5 stories a day from news networks or the administration that are wrong and below the threshold CNN used to retract this story.

Why is a Russian cyber threat news? And why the eff do we spend $100 billion a year on 14 seperate intelligence agencies plus Cyber Command under the DOD with billions in the budget.

Yet they run around like they don't have the first clue about what to do about Russian hackers.

It's either a ruse or a total cluster eff.
