Tomahawks are not used to destroy runways. To do that we would have brought in B2 bombers with larger munitions.

As most all Air Forces have people trained specifically for the purpose of repairing runways it would have been a fruitless endeavor.

It would have been foolish to waste millions in munitions on concrete that would be repaired in a few days. No, we went after the millions of dollars in avionics as that actually has a lasting impact.

Did you really think out of 59 missiles, the runway was missed by not having the right coordinates?
