The entire narrative of Russian hacking is now in question with the WL reveal. The CIA was using various stolen software, malware and trojan horses developed in Russia as their backdoor into systems and likely throwing even the most thorough forensic network and system analyst off of their trail.
It brings into question if there isn't a turf war going on in the Deep State between the legions who support the top spooks EBOM and Hillary and those who are tired of all the shenanigans.
