Garrett got his ass beat by a redshirt freshman....

Let that sink in for a minute. One tackle for the whole game.

Was non existent.
Still, his agent had to love the ESPN face time he received.

I agree with you, but Kansas State just showed all the NFL teams how to neutralize him.

LOL, you're serious aren't you?

Tell me why not?

Scheming against a good pass rusher isn't rocket science.  It's a numbers game and whatever combination of blockers you want to use.

We double teamed him.  All of the time.

That's all I was saying. If you double team him all the time, he isn't going to amount much.

Well that same thing can be said about 85-90% of NFL DE's.

Yea, if the Garret thing proved anything, it was that A&M had no one else on their D-line worth a crap.  They knew we were either double teaming Garret or running to the right side and they still could not stop us.
the fat guy that got hurt was doing work prior to injury, henderson or some crap like that

My favorite part was when that one guy came to the realization that they are the same A&M from the Big 12 and they haven't magically become superior because of conference affiliation.

They didn't take the L as bad as they could have. Seemd like they're already pretty beaten down and anti-Sumlin.

Geez, I didn't think playing aTm hurt the image of our program, but after reading this thread I'm not so sure...
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Texas played us on the road and still played us closer.  A&M would've won 3 games at most in our conference

That guy has probably already been shunned/excommunicated from their cult.

BDF should even be a P5 conference ...

Amiright

What an abortion of a conference!!
So glad we're on to bigger and better things in the SEC!!
S-E-C... S-E-C.... S-E-C!!!!!

What a joke

Quote
You are exactly right, Aggie. We are right where we need to be. The BDF is in the rear view mirror. The Ags will continue to be middle of the road in the SEC, but will be viewed tops in the state. It is so much better now. I would not want a title playing in the BDF...no way! I am content with 8-5 every year and be able to claim SEC! We are in the home of champions. It is all about the collective (SEC) now. We have to find a way to hang a banner in Kyle when Bama wins this year. Chants of SEC SEC SEC will be heard all around the country again!

What are the chances there's a gem thread involving the Longhorns board about the game last night?

If coaches switched sides before the game...

I think Snyder would have led the Ags tonight to an easy victory.

I used to think Sumlin was a mediocre coach. I now realize he is an awful coach.

Quote

Snyder wouldn't have coached the game. He would have had a heart attack with the talent he had and died before the game started. Maybe 1 or 2 guys at most on KSU offense that would start for ATM.

Gotta love the old talent argument.

I mean what the hell is wrong with their eyes? Did they miss Willis beating the hell out of their o line and our offensive skill players continually running past their crap defense. You can make the opposite argument, that wide receiver #11 is the only A&M player that looked like he could play for us but even at that position Pringle had the game's best play.
I wish ESPN didn't remove all of their game preview articles after a game is played.  There was a "predict-o" page spun up on ESPN where they predicted TAMU winning, but one interesting thing about it, was that it had an "Impact Player" section, where they lined up the top 3 ESPN rankings for players on offense and 3 on defense for both teams.  Lined up, they even rated our top 6 over their top 6.  They had another chart with our effective off/def. being ranked higher than thiers.  Then, at the bottom "And that all comes out to a 63% chance of a TAMU victory, cause, science."

I enjoy how they keep saying they're the top school in Texas, even other SEC dorks say it.

A&M is just the crown jewel of the SEC cult, where if you say total bullshit enough times everyone believes it.

Yep to go along with an endless trail of other totally made up bullshit in their ridiculous attempt to compensate for not being UT.
