My effective tax rate stole approximately 3 jobs from middle America and gave those jobs to mexico. I am pretty sure that means I am doing well. Confirm?

The idea of property tax really makes you want to be as repub as possible. Paying tax on something you own already and already paid taxes on when you bought it. It's pretty mumped up.

Imagine this: bought boat that doesn't use roads or traffic lights or the highway and you still pay property taxes on it.

Major League Baseball is better right now that it has ever been in my lifetime. Tons of exciting young players, competitive balance, great international stars, teams embracing saber metrics, more athletic exciting brand of baseball than the 90s and early 2000s by far. Although I'd like to see strikeout numbers decline.

I mean the Yankees haven't really been relevant since like 2009. That's awesome.

yeah, I was going to mention this as well. true craft beer story alert...a buddy was in Colorado the other week and some craft beer loving locals told him that Colorado craft beer was played and everybody has moved onto Montana brews. i mean how do you hear that and not smile broadly?

That sounds like an elaborate real estate scam to me.
