One of my fav internet things right now are people posting the recent pic of him at the golf club with his pants pulled up over his shoulders and people that are legit 6'2" 224. It's hilarious, but just absolutely ridiculous that they sent this out. His measurement announcement is probably less believable than when Kim said he got a hole in one on every hole during his golf round.

I think there's some truth to this, given that the U.S. has gone out of its way to not so much as ASK El Salvador to return the guy.

That said, I also am concerned this is being used as a litmus test to see how far the executive can undermine judicial authority with people being cool about it.

The performative cruelty excites the base. It is a signal to the opposition that they can get away with whatever they want. It is a win for them with all audiences.
