Personal loans, raiding what were basically rainy day/petty cash accounts for dubious reasons, using the K-State Athletic Department as a tax shelter, the athletic department paying consulting fees to sitting university administrators, Weiser getting half his salary paid to his LLC (note I don't have a problem with the LLC in and of itself) in the form of consulting fees . . . the AD was paying himself consulting fees to consult his own athletic department
. . . only at that little fiefdom known as K-State and K-State athletics back in the day.
