I'm honestly surprised the NDA ever mattered to Daniels (assuming it actually did). It is not worth it to Trump to try and recover $135k for breach of the NDA when you basically have to admit the allegations are true in the process. I'm guessing the biggest hindrance is that Daniels is looking for a publisher to offer her some kind of cover in case she actually does get sued. Still, Trump would be insane to sue based on violation of the NDA (which means I'm sure he will do it).
