Tyler is learning some valuable lessons that all EMAW Mass Comm youngsters learn eventually. You cannot report on KSU sports (or ANYTHING KSU related) professionally, if you insist on being objective.

In my experience, I have only observed two fan bases who have a greater inferiority complex than KSU. Nebraska and Arkansas. However, we are way better off than both of those, so that's something to be grateful for!

(NOTE:Nebraska fans are both ego maniacs AND have an inferiority complex)

I mean he wasnt 100% wrong we arent very good and its a tough place to play but holy crap i think we all always have a little hope and not only that its just not very professional, especially with our fans. I still think the crap bill said to kellis was worse

Personally, I expect ksu to compete and be in position to win for every game this year. Yesterday had some very frustrating moments that go beyond just "well they are better and it's a tough place to play"

absolutely i probably didnt convey my point very well. But i had that as a toss up until ertz got hurt and we quit the run. We have a bunch of solid young players that can beat most teams on our schedule, we just have a nursing home wing for a coaching staff

He has a long background of condescending tweets like the "I can't believe so many people expected to win". He later tried to do the "sorry for being misunderstood" tweet, but still angled for pity by saying he hopes everyone calling for his job feels better now. He sounds just like every other dumbass to recently come thru GPC except Rob.

He's also a huge Weber apologist. Any time he defends Weber, he also bashes Frank. There is a reason everyone is blocked.

Whoever teaches mass comm 101 needs to tell the students on the 1st day to stay as far away from GPC as possible.

I don't know how this relates to what happened yesterday. He wasn't being objective, he was being nearly the complete opposite of objective it's just that he doesn't understand what motivates athletes and he accidentally took a giant crap on the athletes while standing up for the coaches against the really mean fans with reasonable expectations for the team. He was being far from objective, he had his nose so far up Snyder's was that he couldn't see anything else.

it was a legit question, two weeks in a row we have looked like we just got off the plane in the first qt. maybe if bill wasn't such a rough ridin' demand freak and let guys like tom and del and dana talk to the media he wouldn't have to take questions he obviously can't answer

This. There is no good reason coordinators should be protected from the media. I don't care if you make other assistants off limits, but Dimel/Miller, Sean, and Hayes should absolutely talk.

I don't have the most trained eye when it comes to defense coverages but I don't see us running different schemes in the second half the last two weeks, I think it's coincidental. Against Tech I think the line did a better job of getting to Mahomes and made their offense uncomfortable. Did they do something to the d line to scheme more pressure

Against OU it seemed to me that they went into protect the lead mode, they ran a bit more because they wanted to work clock. The only way we were getting into that game was if OU started to turn the ball over, I think their coaches realized this and went into ball and clock control.

The bottom line is that its too bad we couldn't hear that from the coach because he threw a little hissy fit when questioned about something, anything.

When ou started to try to go downfield we got more pressure. We also tackled better and got a turnover.

We run cover 4 pretty much every play

Isn't cover four with four corners instead of three? I know we run the nickel, three corners, quite a bit. Am I wrong about what a cover four is?

Cover 4 is 2 corners and 2 safeties that each have a quarter field zone, but we probably sub in another corner instead of 3 linebackers
