Dallas area Cats have some of the best fried chicken and CFS in the country - Babe's. OMG. So good. I rank it right there with southeast Kansas chicken houses.

At school I always eat school lunch when its CFS day and I always say to the lunch ladies "A la Mode please" which means that I want my perfectly round ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes and brown gravy on top of my CFS.
