I've gotta hand it to Trump, that was a pitch perfect speech for the voters in the states he needs to win. I think it was brutally effective. Brutally long, too, but it was so packed I doubt it will matter. Also brutal to Hillary. Savaged her much more effectively than I thought he was capable of.

Would have been much better if it didn't seem so rambling/pandering. The Bernie angle is a good one that could get lost. Trump clearly wants to make a play for the disenfranchised Bernie supporters.

This will be a very depressing election, that I can tell you.

Yeah some are very concerned actually. I tell them it's embarrassing but try to reassure them that the President really isn't that important.
