Ugh, it was, you could see those 3 keep slowly, surely, and painfully get closer and eventually pass her like 250m from the end. Just has to be the worse feeling to come so close yet so far.

My DVR is full right now. So far I've only gotten to watch some men's gymnastics and women's springboard synchronized diving. (And a little bit of the opening ceremony where they built an IKEA airplane.)

Does this cupping thing really work for healing muscles or whatever?

Something. I do like swimming and track, but they got a lot of medals for rather specific sections of a very specific event. Doesn't lessen the excitement though

Swimming. Tonight's final with the Russian lady and Lilly King may start WW3 after last night. BTW.. it's pretty great that all the russians are getting booed.

...also weightlifting, gymnastics, trying diving but eh..

OK, did all the Russians get banned or what? Gooch told me that he read that all Russians are now banned - even para-Olympians. I never saw the story though.
