Think about it. The last 3 minutes against UNC. The last 3 minutes @Baylor. The complete mismanagement of the last 11 seconds @okst. Wade taking that 3 when we're down 1 against Texas.

DJammer was supposed to goal tend that last second shot @Georgia but got cold feet and changed his mind right at the last possible moment.

I suppose most of you have never heard of CCNY (City College of New York). Well, these guys were once the kings of college basketball, winning both the NIT and NCAA titles in 1949. They owned the college basketball world. Well, several years later several CCNY players were caught point shaving and throwing games and the NCAA pretty much destroyed the program. They play DIII now and no one knows who they are.

So I guess what I'm saying, is if you don't want to be playing the likes of Baker and Ottawa in a few years, it would probably be best for our players not to throw the TCU game tomorrow, no matter how bad they might want to.

I get the emotion behind the original post and lots of replies. It'd be a shame if any collegiate athlete threw a game. That would speak volumes about their character. My opinion won't matter, but that's a ridiculous way to live life.

I think you should support our players and the decisions they make.  Fair weather fan over here

I think the guy from Entourage that threw a game for Harvard hoops ended up bone'n 2 of the 3 of Amy (chased), Buffy, and Dylan's wife that got blown up.

as a proud alumnus of kansas state, it makes me sick that our athletic department is forcing players to play against their will.  every man has the right to make their own decisions.
