That bacon is about as perfect as it can get.

Speaking of Bacon RJ's BBQ Shack in Downtown Mission serves breakfast on the weekends and they have the best bacon I have ever eaten in my life. It's thick, its smoked and then its cooked to perfection on a flat top.
