humans are capable of unthinkable wickedness. it sickens me. even with all the news we have all the time of bad things, it still shocks me and makes me sad. regardless of what you believe is the cause, we all see the wicked nature that humans have. makes me sick.

I'm definitely joining the military now. Like 0 doubt. I'm so sick of all of this crap.
Don't do that
I'm already 95% there. I've wanted to for a while and I'm not getting any younger.
Yeah I just don't think it would be good for you based on what I know about you from this message board.
I don't want to be old and have regrets. I want to have a great story to tell. Life's been an adventure so far and I aim to make it a full one.

Part of me wishes I had served, but I'm not sure I can square myself with killing.  But I having known many people from the modern military it can be a great experience.  Service to our/your country at a time like this is honorable.

It's a lot more than that. Just saying that it's one of the factors.

I think it'd be a great experience. I'll research more as decision time nears.

This would be a great time for us to withdraw from the middle east.  Russia is all stirred up with isis already and with this France attack, the rest of Europe is going to be all in, given that this attack was right in the middle of Europe and could have easily taken place in any EU country. Let Europe and Russia play this out.  We pledge support through supplies and strategy.   Could be a win for us in getting ourself out, and for the economy.

Dumbass Tom Ridge on CNN really wants us all in to war their faces off.  He said that with the jet bomb, Paris attack, iraq, and syria, isis now has a bigger footprint  than "AQ every dreamed of having".

This guy.  I mean southeast Asia was full of AQ affiliates, Boko  Hiram in africa,  9/11, a war in Afghanistan, and activity in iraq.  Evidently we can't go to war fast enough.

I didn't see it in here but maybe it was posted elsewhere, but ISIS claimed responsibility. I mean we all knew it was them but they finally claimed it
