Wind is good sometimes and sometimes not. Like when the Royals are batting I like the wind to blow out, but when we are pitching I like it to blow in. If I'm bonefishing I like just enough wind to put a little chop on the water, but not so much I can't cast. If I'm deer hunting I like enough wind that it covers my noise when I stalk, but when when the deer stands up and I can't hold the bow still I hate it. Also, parking into the wind, this shouldn't be a thing but it is. I've heard that wind can cause depression, more so than any other singular weather event (more than darkness, even). The Chikasaw believe the wind is there to purify the earth of dirty air and diseases so that their grandchildren might thrive. If anything the wind is another bead on the necklace worn by the duality of man. It is good, it is not good, but it is necessary, my friends. So I leave you in peace.
