Anyone else like folk music? Sometimes I enjoy Abigail Washburn, Sam Amidon and Joseph Bradshaw:

You guys and gals ever listen to a song a thousand times, but not *actually* listen to it? But then one day actually listen to it? I've had that experience with "Candle in the Wind" today. Somehow never knew it was about Marilyn. I don't know why, but it's making me very emotional right now.

It is 2022. It is acceptable for a manly man to be in touch with his feels. I'm sorry you unfortunately are stuck in the past, never knowing who to cling to when the rain sets in.

was just headed in here to rain on spracs for not knowing this incredibly common bit of tid but after reading the lyrics i will say i had no idea how specific of an ode that was penned. Dude wasn't even vague he went hard in the paint.

same energy but there are songs that i know i like the song but if you asked me what it was about i'd be like "lol no clue" but it doesn't matter how many times i listen to it because i just like, can't. to wit: pretty much every Tool song. no clue what any of those are about. don't wanna know. its mysterioussssssss
