I read an article today about Turgeon losing a bunch of player before last year after being terrible his first 3 and being left for dead. All of a sudden Maryland won a bunch of games, finished 2nd in the Big 10, and this year is a Top 5 team.

Is there any logical connection between oscar and us and that situation?

Absolutely not.

But that article gave me a sliver of illogical hope and I know once K-State games start I'll be following and hoping for the best.

Turgeon has looked like dogshit since he left A&M (minus last year).

I am looking forward to the football/basketball overlap. I stand by my thought that we will be better than most posters here think. Not great, perhaps, but better than dismal.
