Iowa is walking into a buzz saw in Lincoln this weekend. Very interesting that the Hawkeyes are only favored by 1 over a 5-6 team...

I'm not sure if I can actually cheer for Nub to win this, but I would love to see Iowa lose.

Why? They are solid but an unassuming underdog. I'm going to hate Nebraska dashing their dreams. What's messed up is that they will have only one loss and will have no shot at the cfp because no one in three media will do their bidding.

The cfp panel is far worse than the original BCS formula. (Which, despite it sort of screwing KSU, was probably the best method of determining the best teams that we've ever had)

Are all you guys forgetting how they pushed TCU out in the final week last year? It's going to happen again to the Big 12. I will bet anything on it!

That was more to do with the teams being Baylor and TCU than being Big 12. Pay attention. OU is fine if they win this weekend.

Texas is a really, really shitty team. In case none of you had two eyes of your own. Or just one eye; I think if you only had one eye you could see that (for example you had dust in one eye and it left you temporarily blind in that eye, but the UT / TT game was on...you could still tell that Texas is horrible).

Yes, they are complete crap.

If we're ignoring their four injuries to their front seven and injury to their freshman starting qb. We should also choose to ignore that freshman running back they have that just ran for 300 yards.

That Ward fellow is pretty fun to watch.

Navy looks out of sorts. This is getting out of hand. :frown:

So is it bad that I want Nub to beat Iowa today? Nothing against the 'eyes, but there would be nothing better than absolute chaos in the CFP rankings over the next 2 weeks.

I mean there's either going to be a one loss big 10 champ or an undefeated big 10 champ, its going to be nearly impossible for them not to get in the cfp.

If Iowa loses today and wins next week they are far from being a lock for a CFP spot.

The Big 10 has 4 of the top 10 spots right now. If a 1 loss Iowa wins the conference and doesn't get in then the committee is taking either; Notre Dame with 1 top 25 win, a big 10 team that didn't play in the conference championship game, a two loss Pac 12 team, or a second Big 12 team. If Alvarez and Osborne have the influence we hear they have Iowa's getting in.

If Nebraska had Joe, they probably have 8 wins.

Does UT only have 22 scholarships this year? Quit treating them like they're KSU (which, had a crap ton of injuries to its defense as well and lost it's starting QB like twice during the year and will most likely win more games).

My god Nebraska fans are boo-y losers. Did they always boo everything or are they becoming whinery the farther they get away from winning a conference championship.

Nebraska is a train wreck of a program right now. Watching them makes me feel a little better about the how things are in Manhattan.

Armstrong definitely has worse receivers, these dudes are never ever open.
