If a voter thinks Mizzou is a top 25 team the same voter has to think K-State is a top 15 team. LA Tech are a billion times better than UCONN and Arkansas State. Also have you paid attention to college football? If your dick is in the dirt about almost losing to an inferior opponent I'm not sure who you'd think is worthy of a top 25 ranking. Go ahead and drop Ohio State right out of the poll.

Ole Miss is this year's Miss St. Everyone anointed them after they beat LSU in Baton Rouge early in the season. They're really good, but Bama appears a bit down this year.

LA Tech will win 8 or 9 games this year.

Going into the season I thought we'd be ranked with a 3-0 start. It's very apparent that we are not a top 25 team tho.

1. Early season polls should jump around a lot if the the voters are doing their job.

2. K-State might be a top 25 team, but they certainly haven't done enough yet to warrant complaining about NOT being ranked.

3. Missouri should not be ranked. tOSU could be lower, but it's hard to seriously argue that they are not one of the best teams in football even if they had a close game.

Yep. It is impossible to rank teams early without using circular or inconsistent logic. I guarantee you that every voter that has OSU number 1 has penalized another team in the poll for being in a close game against a bad team.

Yup, we most certainly would be. Esp after a bye week kinda wipes out the memory of the previous week, we might gain votes just because of that. And beating a 4-0 or a 3-1 OSU team on the road would be good enough to T25. At that point there will be less than 25 undefeated teams anyways, you gotta start putting them in regardless of 3OT win against La Tech.
