Just grow them.  It's pretty simple.

Used to consistently find some morels along the seep creek below the Tuttle Creek dam while "trout fishing."

Never had the experience. It seems you recommend it? IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL A GOOD TIME?

Alsi had a friend find some morels recently around hat town.

quick factoid. marijuana and every other drug you can think of is technically illegal in jamaica. mushrooms are not.

My "experience" had me in a boat in the middle of Clinton lake outside Lowrents.  I got a crazy body high and when I dove into swim, it felt like I was being baptized by mother nature.  Best idea ever.

Shrooms, God's gift to reality.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

This is what started my thread... As much as I'd like to talk about the drug shrooms, can we talk about eating and hunting wild mushrooms.

If you are gonna hunt them, first thing to remember is to bring enough ammunition.

I suggest using one of these. Them shrooms can move amazingly fast and are hard to take down with one bullet.

Mushrooms are disgusting.  True story:  The first place I lived off campus was a total dive of a rental house.  One day in the summer the toilet started leaking just a little bit and the bathroom had carpet instead of tile or linoleum.  One morning before work I noticed that some gray fuzzy mold had actually started to grow on the floor next to where the toilet had been leaking.  I was planning on cleaning it up when I got home later that night.  Well when I eventually got back home, I went in to take a piss, and there was a freaking mushroom about 6" tall that had sprouted up from the gray fuzzy hullabaloo.  I was all  :barf:

I love morels. LOVE them.

The "Morel Guy" sets up shop in front of McGonigals, in KC, every Thursday morning.  Very pricey, but I do a big batch of them at least once every spring.
