going to try this one first.

been on a newcastle kick lately, but i love 3 philosophers, chimay red, left hand milk stout, and sierra nevada torpedo

Really like left hand milk stout.

Any of you guys tried Drop Kick Ale brewed out of Weston?  It's very good.  I think it's better than Boulevards Amber Ale.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Stopped by Gomer's Liquor in Parkville, MO the other day. Not only did they carry my personal favorite Tommyknocker brand  in stock, they had a bar thing set up where you could try a run of a half-dozen different beers.  That day they had a couple of different kinds of Shiner, some Blue Moon spring blend, a couple of Russian beers (very good) and one I don't remember.  In all, I got the equivalent of at least a free full bottle of beer.  Looks like its at least a semi-regular thing, since they've got a bar-type thing set up.

Currently drinking an Up The Creek IPA by Thomas Creek Brewery.  12.5% booze.  Rocks my face off.

Yes it's fantastic. The Dogfish Head you really need to try is Midas Touch. I hear they sell DFH in Denver and St Louis. No KC though  :dubious:

So I just got my hands on a bottle of the Boulevard chocolate ale. According to local liquor store owners (manhattan).. only 4 cases were delivered to manhattan at 10 bottles per case, crazy..

Didn't even know much about it, but he said he had 9 of them and was only allowing 1 per customer. Saw online they are going for 30+ dollars, insane! Anybody else try it? In case it sucks I will sell it while the demand is high.

It's officially summer now that they have Leiny Summer Shandy out.  I love the crap out of it.  Not even embarrassed.

I don't mind it.  Refreshing when it's 100 degrees outside.  Also great while waste deep in a Vegas pool.

:surprised:

Anyone else tried the new Tallgrass summer seasonal Halcyon Wheat? Pretty good. Much better than Tallgrass Wheat which was way gross.

I agree it's better. (I didn't dislike their previous wheat that much tbh).
