I'm giving up golfing with SdK. Every three or four minutes he makes me stop to take pics of him. Gets in the way of the rhythm of the game. ????

Some of the best days of my summer have been on the course. I'm looking forward to more this fall.

my friend and i played a 2 man scramble yesterday. we finished -6 after going -4 on the first 6 holes. we were green side after 2 shots on back to back par 5s and couldnt get up and down. frustrating, but the winner was also -12.

frustrating part was all of the par 3s were 120-130 yards since we played from the front tees. i almost never hit a 120 yard shot, so my distances were always a bit off. we pared 4/4 par 3s.

Sounds like a decent round and a lot of fun.

AA ruined my dfw golf plans. Cancelled flights and lost luggage. I drank beer and toured Jerry's World.

I agree that it is better to play when it isn't hot outside. I don't mind wearing a jacket or sweatshirt to play. Fall is my favorite time of the year anyway.
