I love golfing by myself. I also love golfing with others. But, realizing you suddenly have a few free hours and availing yourself to a last minute solo golf round is a great way to clear your head and defragment the ol' harddrive, as it were.

Exactly that. I like the solitude sometimes. Especially when I don't want to go for a run, I will just hit the links alone. I prefer having a partner, but don't mind going it alone either.
