Has anyone stopped to consider that maybe the money that Rodney Jones and others were making from selling KU tickets on the black market was going towards training al Qaeda terrorists, specifically those that were in on the 9/11 inside job?

Even your attempts at humor/sarcasm are too weighted down by lameness to float.

:bawl:

See what I mean?

Yet you continue to bite like Mike Tyson in a boxing ring with Holyfield.

so once?

I saw that fight and I don't even know what this means.  :dunno:

Was Holyfield blind to some financial monkey business that the rest of the world suspected?

Was Mike an FBI agent?

Seriously lost in this comparison.  Going no where.

Ben, remember on the other board when we had that long u2u conversation about your self esteem issues and need to feel accepted?

I think it's time to re-read that.

Recap?

If it's long and really interesting, put it on the blog.

Classic defense mechanism, often used in desperate situations when powerespect nation is getting pwned like a $2 whore.  This case study just gets more intriguing by the day.

Ben said he'd deny he said any of it if I brought it up "on The Board"

I won't post a lot, he got kind of sad, mentioned the larger girl he dated.  It was more me helping him understand why he needs so much validation.  Check your u2u for more, that's all I want in public.

Never happened, and for the record, I never dated a "larger" girl.  The power of myth is quite an astonishing thing.

How many times have you said "haters" and "classic defense mechanism " on this board vs. the number of times you failed to give your opinion about the UK AD right now? Would you use the term "in shambles"?

The KUAD just signed an $86 million deal with IMG, and they just completed $55 million in renovations to and around AFH.  The basketball team went 33-3, the men's track team is top 25, and the baseball team is looking at another NCAA tournament bid.  I realize that you guys are just hoping beyond hope that the sh*t goes down, but I don't see much coming out of this whole ticket scandal.

Like, no one resigning or anything? I mean, much less MULTIPLE people resigning. I'd just be a hater for thinking that would ever happen.

i happen to know bmw very well in real life, and although i don't think he'd like this spread about in public, i don't think i'm violating any confidences by relating a little story that illustrates what ol' bmw really thinks of the ku ad.  mods, if i am violating a confidence, please delete, move to world forum and place on a blog.

so, bmw & i were talking about the ku ad, and i asked him "beems, what are those guys like?  i mean, what are they really like?", and beemsey told me "sys, they're a bunch of sugar dicks".  that was the first i'd heard of sugar dicks, so i asked "what do you mean?".  bmw pulled out a chilidog (he always carries one), wrapped it in a donut and picked up a sugar shaker (we were at an all night waffle place).  he shook sugar all up and down that chilidog.  i mean really poured it on.  then he looked up at me and said "get the picture?", and winked.

Ben doesn't want me talking about it so the matter is closed.  And for the record, Ben does NOT constantly seek validation fro
a group on anonymous strangers as a means of dealing with self esteem.  Okay?

at first I was

Then I re-read.  This is terrible, do better next time.  Something more graphic, or funny, or mildly amusing.

TIA,
