a good way to cut back on too much snacking is to not snack. it's called self-control. how hungry do you have to be before you build yourself a drawer of snacks at your office? good God- it's been 2 hours since i housed that triple quarter pounder. I AM STARVING AND WON'T EAT AGAIN FOR 3 HOURS. HOW???!!!
what if someone came up with a vending machine that had puppies/kitties in it
i actually just looked and i have zero things in my drawers. every item i keep at work just lays on my desk (i have one decoration and it's a #BID magnet which is a great conversation piece).just some computer stuff, a pad of paper, and a couple of loose pens

You might know some serial killers.
Snacking actually isn't bad for you because it speeds up your metabolism. Just make sure it's fruits instead of twinkies
