the carbo base here is still kind of a gray area for me. it is "12 grain rice" mix from the azn section at ray rays. there are no english instructions for cooking. it has every grain under the sun and looks like hamster food. the beans didnt get cooked all the way in the rice cooker.

I just got a bagged Asian chopped salad kit, but the #ack is that I got some chicken off the salad bar to add to it. Also it was on sale plus a digital coupon.

footlong italian sub on wheat bread, all the usual fixings from goodcents.

the #ack was that last time i ate there i had a free 'wich(rewards card member) and i had to pay for the 'wich today
