Recipe time!
ingredients:
3/4 head of cauliflower at the end of its fridge life that you felt obligated to eat
1/4 head of broccoli at the end of its fridge life that you are obligated to eat
1 raw chicken breast leftover from something else you cooked chick breasts from
many shakes of tony chechere's cajun seasoning
several squirts of tuscan italian artisan kraft brand dressing
chop up cauliflower without cutting your fingertip medium-bad, trim off gross parts, dump in bucket
same with broccoli
while you are doing dishes, put that breast in some water and boil it up (to make it cooked)
par-cook your veggies in the microwave
chop up the chick breast and put in it bucket. cover with spices and dressing, seal with lid and refrigerate.
cook up in microwave and consume.
