Yeah, but thicker. Like the sauce, is thicker than a usual soup. She's doing the no carb thing since wedding season is around the corner and she has to be in a few weddings.

I didn't include the knobs of cartilage on the ends of the bone, just the fatty chewy stuff around the hard stuff.
