I built this #LunchHack up in my previous post so every one better be impressed.
The hack? Marinade some chicken thighs/legs in bbq sauce then throw them on the grill for dinner.
Next scrape all the meat off and shred it up. The #hack to the #LunchHack is to get some of the fatty cartilage off the bones.
Then make a delicious bbq chicken sandwich with onion and provolone cheese served on onion bun.
The one i made for lunch wasn't as pretty but it was just as good.
