Eh, you can still have K-State HD.  No one said that we necessarily have to turn over our digital Tier 3 rights.  At least I don't think we have to.  The Big Ten didn't when they formed their network, but ultimately, 11 schools threw their hat into that ring to create BigTen2Go.com or something like that.
