Prob gonna be a v tough battle though.  Big East will try to choke WVU out as much as possible.  This will prob set precedent for Pitt and Syracuse to bolt early if WVU gets off too easy.

If Big East wins a steep penalty, their conf is prob more likely to hold together for now.  If WVU and Big12 get their way, Big East prob more likely to dissolve faster than would otherwise.  Target will be set for teams considering leaving.
