It would appear that Missouri is threatening to leave the Big 12 without an offer from the SEC, and there is at least a block of four schools that are not interested in adding them.

i'm starting to feel a little bad for mizzou. first, nu is chosen over mizzou by mizzou's dream conference. then, they have to sit and watch cu get to go to its dream conference and a&m get to go to its dream conference. now, they're facing the prospect of not getting another chance to go to their dream conference for many more years. at this point, i might be sort of happy for them if they get a big 10 invite.

If they succeed in forcing Texas to nix the high school content on LHN and the Tigers end up staying in the Big 12, I would not make fun of them. I would let them claim it was a bluff all along.

Finebaum clowned on mu, laughed in mu fans faces, one guy he literally stopped with his laughter . . . it was all the mu tucks calling in to "explain" why mu was misunderstood. It was hilarious . . . he kept saying "I know a lot of Missouri people, it's a fine school " . . . and then he'd go off on another tear clownsuiting them. Even the Arkansas beat writer he has on every week and Kirk Herbstreit got in on the action.

I also see and hear a lot of mu fans talking about how they don't expect to win championships, that they're just looking for stability. Just right out of the gate admitting they're just going to work on the teat.

Oh and don't misunderstand, he'd clownsuit us long and hard if it was K-State. Albeit he has mentioned K-State in a relative nice manner a couple of times in the last week or so.

Every single day this charade lasts longer, the less likely they'll get the one or two votes needed for admittance. They are just tripping all over themselves.

all of this nonsense has really turned me off to college football. i don't care anymore. wins/losses, none of it matters. touchdowns, safeties, extra points. who has the time for any of this?

Big 12, Big 10, Big East, Pac 12, ACC, SEC, all nothing but letters and numbers, that's it.
