I agree about still a 50/50 chance we take it in the ass. 

It's also a way for OU to pin everything on UT.  It's a win/win thing for OU.  They can stay in a more equitable, stable league or leave to a stable, equitable leage and put it all at Texas' greedy feet.  They get what they want either way.
