I hate that it's happening, but I find it immensely fascinating.  It's like Risk, but with college football.  And I love(d) both of these things.

Also, this cute little "I only experimented with another guy in college" charade that OU and UT have for each other better end quickly because if the ACC gets more aggressive it could cause the SEC (and possibly the big 10) to do so as well and that just leaves us in a worse and worse spot.  we need more nerds for the Tri-Lambs conference.

a ten team league with BYU and the existing members of the big 12 is still the best option for OU and Texas.  Texas will realize that sharing the LHN revenue with the league and possibly making it regional with the other Texas schools has much more value than the same compromise in other leagues.
