Texas and OU would be excluded from voting on expansion, that was determined last summer. The new members are official, they've already participated in conference meetings.

The area that currently has Drake Stadium.

UCLA only needs 45k seats.

If big 10 and SEC want more than 16 teams (20), then then this isn't done. big 10 will try to get Notre Dame (and ND may have to finally cave given their options). I'd wonder if SEC would go after ACC teams (I.E. Clemson and Florida State).

This is a terrible day for the PAC and ACC, for the other 3 including the Big 12, it’s a great day.

The ACC GOR and contract are cement shoes.

There's also the idea that this leads to the dissolution of the conference so the GOR ends up irrelevant.

It's painfully obvious that everything needs to be blown up and regrouped regionally. All schools collectively bargain for largest payout with uneven distribution based on viewership. Keep the big schools happy and fat while maintaining regional games.

Does the b10 immediately try to go for 20 teams? Add Oregon, UW, and ??

Or can the b12 make an amazing pitch to Oregon and UW and bring 2 other pac schools to go to 16?
