Last year the XII had the number 2, 6, 7, 17, 18, 19, 44, 69, 71, 85(NU), 86(CU), and 100 basketball teams.  

Losing CU and NU makes the XII(10) the best bball conference in the land from top to bottom.

I don't think a lot of people really see what the full consequences would be if KU went to the Pac16 and we went to the MWC.  Not even talking about athletics here (though it would be humiliating).  Chingon has referenced it in some of his posts.  Our school would become dog crap (dog shittier anyway).
