Big news, Clemson is getting antsy and wants out of the ACC.  There is more talk about FSU, NCU, and Clemson leaving by July '24.  Also, in those conversations, there is talk about Pitt and Louisville joining the Big XII.  If it happens, the Big XII will have 4 ex-Big East schools, 4 SWC schools, 4 PAC schools, and 4 Big 8 schools.  WOW, just WOW!

I've seen speculation that if schools break away from the NCAA to do their own tournament down the road, a very strong Big 12 could get a huge piece of that pie. And that could be a way to close some of the gap between the Big 12 and the SEC, Big Ten.

Yeah, unless he really thinks we can get like a separate media deal for just basketball and that produces enough to get the Big 12 to be closer to the big 10 and SEC than great, I just don't see that and also not sure why then the big 10 and SEC couldn't then try to more or less do more or less same thing. It just seems, especially after getting the four corners like it's worth staying put until the ACC goes through this. adding the Zags/UConn is unnecessary until all that settles. But he's also aggressive. IDK.
