Cool, that's not what you said in the first place. You very well may be right. I'll worry about it if/when It ever happens. Actually, no, I won't worry about it at all. Fans of Cincinnati, Boise, Houston, UCF, SMU, BYU, etc seem to be fine and I will too.

Most college football programs, including K-State, have spent exactly 0 days as college football elite, I'm certainly not going to freak out about some far flung proposal now. Even when we were national contenders we were interlopers anyway, we've never been elite. Who cares?

any hope we had of having years like 2012 are significantly lower now. it only happens 1/10 years for schools like ksu but it was fun to have that hope. i'll just keep watching casually like the 9/10 years we don't contend.

I don't see that happening. With all the TV contracts and internet streaming, I think we'll be able to watch a football games just about anywhere. You and I are similar in age, so I do know what you're talking about. I regularly listened to the games on the radio with my father as he made the rounds with the tractor. However, back then a majority of the football games were simply untelevised. That's not the case in today's modern world.
