So, which Big 12 program is being set up by ESPN to be offered a landing spot in a P5 conference, weakening the conference for a potential breakup? Doesn't payment of GOR become irrelevant if the conference dissolves?

There has to be some kind of deal to get TX & OU out of the Big 12 as harmlessly as possible, so there is a program being groomed to go to another P5 conference. I rule out Kansas because of their embarrassing begging, and K-State because we are an outlier geographically. I vote Tech.
