From what I've read alcohol is not allowed on campus on tailgate lots.

It's not allowed at Boise St either.  Was talking with a BSU fan last week and they have to pour their beer into plastic cups and pretend like they're drinking something non-alcoholic.

There are also loopholes in the 'no premarital sex' rule.  Both anal and oral are not specifically called out.  This has been confirmed with non-practicing mormon we used to work with.  There was even a morning show on one of the radio stations in Denver 3 or 4 years ago talking about it.

As for what pertains to the Mountain West, Colorado State does not make the cut and at one point were considered a front-runner, but that was based off of the Big 12 starting a traditional TV network. With that seemingly not likely to happen it made the addition of the Rams not a great option.

Other Mountain West schools that were involved were San Diego State, UNLV, Air Force, New Mexico and Boise State; however, this is the Big 12 we are talking about and things seem to change very quickly on what they may do.

The article I posted also comes from Channel 4 in Denver which I find to be very credible.  The tweet I linked was from the Channel 4 anchor.  Whether CSU makes the final cut is TBD. 

I've got no problems with KSU.  I would very much like for CSU to be in the same conference as KSU, preferably the Big 12.
